He loves whales, reads books on whales, watches whale movies and even draws whale pictures whenever he can. He has written several fairy tales where whales are the main characters. He plans to write more in the future. He runs a cafe ‘Whale’ in Hongcheon, Gangwon-do. He even dreams of being reincarnated as a whale in his next life. He won the Nunnoppi Children’s Literature Award. He has written books, including, 《Beard War》, 《Tuk》, 《Robot Bean》, 《Story Swallowing Class》, 《Kind Pig》, 《Baker Dad and Bad Son》, 《Where Have All the Whales gone?》, 《Petrol Split All Over》 and 《The Glacier Tower》.
Illustrator : Tag, Yeong Ho
In college, he majored in Architecture and in graduate school he studied animation. He has produced a number of short as well as feature comics and also fairy tale illustrations. For his short animation production and cartoon practice theory guide 《Lecture Notes for Short Comics》, he won the ‘Special Planning Award’ at the 7th Bucheon International Comics Festival (BICOF) Comics Award in 2004. His comic 《Flower Ring - Story of the Girl of Peace》 allowed him to receive the Children’s Comics Award at the Bucheon Comics Awards in 2014.

He graduated from Seoul National University, Department of English Literature & Linguistics. He served as Account Executive for international advertisers and London Branch Manager at Cheil Wordwide, CEO at Actcom Europe, International Sales Director at Ad Sky Korea (Advertising media concessionaire for Incheon Airport) and Senior Executive Director at Kwangin. Currently, he runs Acticom Marketing in the United Kingdom as well as South Korea. He has authored books which include 《World Out-of-Home Advertising Trends》, 《British Signs at a Glance》 and 《Understanding English-Speaking Countries》.
